A huge amount of archival data exists for many NESS targets. A systematic and holistic study of these sources must incorporate any and all such data. It is especially important in such cases to avoid duplication of effort. In the past, the methods by which such information was gathered was not publicly available. The NESS collaboration considers reproducibility and open science an important part of their contribution to the scientific community. NESS aims to make their data publicly available through this website and to develop and offer tools for the visualisation and analysis of these data. Examples of NESS papers where this has already been implemented are listed below.
